Payment and Cancellation Policy
Reservations require a deposit equal to one night's stay at the time the reservation is made. The balance is due at check in.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be refunded (less a $10 cancellation fee per site) if notification is received more than 1 week of your arrival date. Otherwise, your full deposit will be forfeited.
No Show Policy: All guaranteed reservations will be held until 9:00 AM on the morning following your scheduled arrival. If you do not show and have not canceled your reservation or notified us of a delay in arrival, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your reservation and your reservation will be canceled.
No refunds for early departures.
Group Reservations - We can no longer accommodate large group reservations during our peak season months (mid-June through August) A 10% Non-Refundable Deposit is Required at the time group reservations are made. Due to the limited number of sites, spacing and previous reservations, we cannot guarantee that everyone will be side by side, however, we will do our best to accommodate you.
